The job will contain project management and pushing projects forward that need to be completed, we have Airbnb's and properties that need to be ready, we have administrative systems that need to be organized and cleaned up.
With the right discipline you will have great freedom and room to grow financially.
We truly believe this job comes with great responsibility and has tremendous upside and potential.
We prefer backgrounds in project management, business administration, finance and construction.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives - Proficient in phone etiquette and handling high-volume phone systems - Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with office management procedures and equipment - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
