Our ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, impeccable spelling and grammatical knowledge, and basic computer skills.
A keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are imperative.
Pleasant phone skills and outstanding organizational skills are also needed, along with the ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and work well with our on-the-road crew.
We are searching for an independent worker with the maturity to see something that needs to get done and the wisdom to do it without direction.
A familiarity with customer service, general office management, furniture terminology and job scheduling will be helpful.
Reliability and punctuality are a must! This is a permanent, year round position.

Answering phones Creating job estimates Contacting customers via telephone and email Using our all-in-one software/CRM Scheduling jobs Maintaining office material inventory Coordinating with our crew leads Other duties as assigned.
