Join us on the journey towards the grand opening in May 2024 of our dynamic new bar and restaurant located in Osprey, Florida in a private gated community.
We are currently seeking a talented Lead Mixologist to lead the pre-launch preparations.
As part of this role, you will play a critical role in the development of our new beverage program, which includes the creation of wine and spirit menus.
It's crucial to establish clear expectations for all bartenders, the bar layout and product offerings, both for the existing setup and the new venue.
Upon the venue's opening, you will transition into the role of Lead Mixologist, responsible for training, and day-to-day operations.
While hands on bartending and member relationship building are integral, you will also be responsible for handling administrative tasks and collaborating closely with the Beverage Manager.
We are in search of an experienced mixologist with a flair for crafting innovative and original recipes, putting unique spins on classic concoctions.
Your role will involve bartending shifts throughout the week, including special events.
Our mission is to provide our members with the best quality, diverse offerings, and impeccable service at our indoor/outdoor venue, complete with a 32-seat bar, private wine room, wine lockers, and a covered patio.

Candidate
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should have 3 years of experience in private clubs or hospitality venues with a strong food and beverage background.
Strong knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and food and service techniques of all.
The candidate must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Candidates require a polished, professional manner and enthusiasm for the private club environment, and possess excellent communication skills.
Exceptional customer orientation and the ability to work with others.
Knowledge of Jonas POS is a plus.
Physical Demands and Work Environment This role requires lifting up to 30 pounds and be able to stand or walk up to four hours at a time.
This position pays $17.
00 an hour plus gratuities.
